Information collected

We record account information, sender and recipient contacts, shipment description, measurements, prices, recorded payments, and operational history needed to provide shipping services.

How it is used

Information is used to manage requests, communicate milestones, confirm payments, organize transport, hand over packages, prevent abuse, and maintain an operational record.

Communications

Email may be used for transactional updates. SMS and WhatsApp require separate consent and can be disabled in preferences or through supported stop words.

Public tracking

Public tracking does not show names, phones, contents, prices, payments, or internal notes. Anyone with the tracking number can see public milestones, so keep that number private.

Automated assistant

When you use the public assistant, messages are sent to OpenAI for moderation and response generation. OpenAI Responses API storage is disabled. After a successfully moderated answer, Aniaman automatically keeps a redacted conversation copy for 30 days so authorized staff can review quality and manually improve the guide. Detected email addresses, phone numbers, tracking numbers, links, and identifiers are replaced before storage; filtering is imperfect, so do not share personal, financial, account, or tracking information.

Only authorized managers and administrators can view redacted copies and record an audited decision. Your account is not linked to the conversation. Helpful or not-helpful feedback may be saved. Clear requests immediate deletion of the copy associated with your random session; remaining copies are deleted automatically after 30 days. Non-transcript decision audit records are retained for up to 365 days for internal accountability. Conversation content never changes the assistant automatically.

Access and correction

You can correct your name, phone, and language in your account. Ask Aniaman staff for other correction or deletion requests. Some records may need to be retained for operations, security, or legal requirements.
