Frequently asked questions

Essential answers about requests, pricing, payment, tracking, and handoff.

How do I start a shipment?

Create an account, choose the route and mode, then describe the package. A request is not a departure confirmation; staff confirms intake and the next operational steps.

How is the price calculated?

Air freight is priced per kilogram after office weighing. Sea freight is priced from the confirmed quantities of bags, boxes, barrels, and pallets. Staff always approves the final price.

How do I pay?

Staff records payment offline. The site shows payment status and provides a printable record after payments are entered. Pay only through instructions confirmed directly by Aniaman.

How do I track my package?

Use the ANI number in your account or shipment document. Public tracking shows only the route and useful milestones; contacts, contents, and payment information remain private.

How is the package handed over?

The recipient may collect it at the office or receive staff delivery. Staff records the handoff method. A recipient PIN is not required.

Can I choose a departure?

Published departures show planned dates and cutoffs. A preference or request does not guarantee space until staff assigns the shipment to that departure.
