Security

Avoid shipping fraud

Simple checks before handing over a package, sharing information, or making a payment.

Confirm payment instructions

Never send money based only on an unexpected message. Confirm the amount, method, and recipient directly with Aniaman staff through a channel you already trust.

Protect account access

Aniaman should not ask for your password. Do not share recovery links, sign-in codes, or screenshots of your customer account.

Protect the tracking number

Public tracking is deliberately limited, but anyone with the number can see public milestones. Do not publish it unnecessarily.

Question artificial urgency

Verify messages that threaten to delete, hold, or immediately deliver a package in exchange for an unexpected payment. Check your account or speak with staff first.

Report inconsistencies

If a message, payment request, or milestone does not match your record, stop the conversation and show it to Aniaman staff.
